Aerial photo taken on July 4, 2019 shows a vehicle running on the Taoyuandu Bridge, also serving as a flume, on the Hongqi Canal in Linzhou, central China's Henan Province. The Hongqi Canal, a key irrigation project and major engineering feat of the 1960s, took local people almost 10 years to complete. The canal was built across the steep Taihang Mountain to bring water to the province's parched Linxian County, which is now known as the city of Linzhou. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the canal's completion. (Xinhua/Li An)
